You use AI. You're probably still only using the chat.

I'm Sid, a software engineer with more than twenty-five years in the trade. I watched AI change how software is made, from the inside. This site is about taking what my trade learned to businesses that don't make software.

When I ask friends in other trades whether they use AI, they say yes, and then they describe a chat window: they type a question, they paste something in, and they copy the answer out. That is a start. But it is the first step of a long staircase, and most of the time it saves on the work is still spent carrying things in and out of that window.

Here you'll find the next steps, one problem at a time: what the problem is in a real business, how my trade solved the same problem, and how you can set it up yourself.
